Alongside selling your property, here at Spencer Giles we offer a personalised and bespoke service to assist you in purchasing your next property. Whether it is a London flat or family house in the home counties, we will take the time to understand your requirements and be there to represent you throughout the negotiations and transaction, should you want us too.
Having very happily lived in South West London for 18 years, we decided to make the move to the ‘Surrey Corridor’ about 8 years ago. Although we were brought up in Surrey and West Sussex respectively, it was still a daunting prospect to make the move and make sure it was not only the right house but the right area for our needs, especially as the area we were looking in, seemed so large. Having done it ourselves, we would have hugely benefitted form doing everything under one roof having our selling agent also be the ones to find our onward purchase.
We would look to source the property for you, carry out initial viewings, research the background of the area and the property. We will work in your best interests, to secure it and negotiate the price. From that point we can then handle the transaction from start to finish, saving you time and potentially money.
Selling your property is not simply a transactional experience, it is both personal and emotional. Far too often in estate agency this is forgotten, and clients are treated as if they are selling a simple commodity rather than their home.
At Spencer Giles we understand this, and that every detail of the process matters enormously.
We work with our clients in a collaborative, inclusive way to ensure that each one feels that they are fully abreast of all developments relating to their sale and can rest easy knowing that no stone is being left unturned in the hunt for the best possible buyer. And once a buyer has been secured we, unlike too many of our competitors, will be fully involved in the often archaic and confusing world of the progression of your sale through to exchange and completion, ensuring that your sale not only does complete but that it does so in the most timely manner possible.
